Description:

Provides a full service after school program that includes homework time, arts and crafts, bi-monthly special events and field trips. Intramural sports and summer camp are also available.


Each camper will participate in a variety of supervised activities including arts & crafts, music, swimming, sports, games, weekly field trips and special events. Lunch and snacks will be provided through the Miami Dade County Summer meals program; but campers can bring their own lunches and drinks, preferably in a lunch box. Lunches will not be refrigerated.

After school program registration is now open during the following dates:
North Miami Beach Residents and non-residents from specified schools: Begins in August.

Hours:

Summer Camp:
9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Before Care: 8:00am-9:00am
After Care: 5:00pm-6:00pm

After School:
2:00pm-6:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Register at Parks and REC Administrative Offices: 17051 NE 19th Avenue and at all Community Centers.

Call the Parks & Recreation Administrative Office for registration information.

Proof of residency must be presented and in the form of one of the following:
Current electric or telephone bill with parent's name and address
A deed/title to property with resident's or property owners name and address.

To register for After School, registrants must have:
Active account and NMB Resident Pass in RecTrac
Updated age and gender for enrolling participant in RecTrac (your child's grade should be the grade they will be entering this upcoming 24/25 school year)
Paid all outstanding balances in order to enroll.

Summer Camp:
One-time registration fee: $40
Weekly fee: $65 (1st child); $63 (each additional child)
One-time field trip fee: $30

After School:
Registration fee - $40
Weekly fee: $40
