Offers training and upskilling for employees and participants to maintain or find a new job.

-The Power of Work Seminars: includes basic skills that individuals need to be successful in the workplace, with an emphasis on communication, problem-solving, goal setting and interpersonal relationships.

-Vocational: Participants receive on-the-job training in industry-recognized occupations in high demand.
Vocational Pillars

-Digital Skills: participants receive no- or low-cost access to various digital libraries to assist with enhancing their digital literacy, skills, and education at their pace.

-Career Fundamentals: participants receive assistance with enhancing their skills and training that will allow them to grow in their current careers.

-Credentialing: participants receive free or low-cost access to various certifications in industry-recognized occupations in high demand.

Individuals 16 years old or older, unemployed, disabled or disadvantaged. Not a danger to self or others and able to benefit from program.
