Description:

Program provides psychiatric evaluation, crisis and medication interventions are provided for pediatric and adult patients in need of psychotropic management for their mental health issues.

The agency provides evidence-based individual, family, and or group counseling interventions to assist patients! in achieving personal, social, and life management. Also provides information and referral services, if needed.

Through the MAT program (Medication Assistance Treatment), the medical team will evaluate and manage eligible patients for the duration of their treatment plan. They must be receiving outpatient therapy and psychiatric services.

Services are provided on a walk-in basis or by appointment. Please call 305.635.7444 for more information.

Program Fees:

Accepts Self-Pay/Sliding Fee Scale, Advantage Plans, Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, MMA and Commercial Plans

Languages:

English, Spanish, Creole, French

Eligibility:

Client must have a prior DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition) or be evaluated during intake process to determine diagnosis.
