Description:

First Serve Miami (FSM) provides tennis and educational experiences for young people who may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in the sport. We create pathways for youth in under-resourced communities to prepare for the challenges and opportunities that life offers.

The FSM Afterschool and Summer Initiatives engages tennis coaches, educators, certified life skills instructors, and dedicated volunteers to deliver essential services to our participants. We utilize evidence-based curricula that support academic learning through group literacy and personalized instruction, all while teaching tennis, social and emotional skills, child safety awareness, and nutrition education.

Administrative:
8:30am-4:00pm, Mon-Fri

After School Program:
2:30pm-6:00pm, Mon-Fri (August-May)

Summer Program:
8:00am-6:00pm, Mon-Fri (June-July)

Program Fees:

Afterschool
Registration fee: $75 per term per child (every 9 weeks, for a total of 4 terms.)

Summer Session:
Registration fee: Free (Funded by the Children's trust)

Eligibility:

School year: children K - 12th grade
Summer: children K - 5th grade
