CASA - LEGAL PROGRAM

Description:

CASA offers legal representation, immigration assistance, information and referrals. The Legal Department includes two staff attorneys and four paralegals.

These are some of the immigration services CASA offers:

Citizenship Assistance
Adjustment of status (residence)
Application to extend nonimmigrant status
Work Permit Application
Residence card renewal
Cuban Adjustment
Re-entry Permit
Refugee Travel Document
Visas V and K
Affidavit Support

Services being provided virtually and in-person.

Hours:

9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Thur;
9:00am-2:00pm, Fri

Intake Process:

Call to schedule an appointment or for more information.

Program Fees:

Free assistance to victims of domestic violence seeking restraining orders and/or assistance applying for VAWA or U-Visa immigration relief.

For other legal services, clients are charged based on a sliding scale.
