Description:

The C-1 Congregate Meal Program provides meals and activities. Special functions include exercise programs and a computer class. The C-2 Program also delivers meals to homes of senior citizens who have serious medical problems.

          Proof of senior age, medical reports and records from doctor referring to disabilities.

          Eligibility:

          Seniors 60 years old and older residing in Monroe and Key West.
          Proof of medical disability for program.

          Clients under 60 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
