Description:

Wellness and Exercise Programs for Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients and their caregivers. These programs include Rock Steady Boxing, Tai Chi, Music Therapy, Seated Yoga, Strength Classes, Zumba and LSVT Based Therapy. In addition, we host a monthly Caregiver's Support Group and PD Support Group.

Classes are offered virtually via Zoom and/or in person.
