Description:

The FIT2PLAY Afterschool Program curriculum was developed in 2009. It is a grounded curriculum intended to improve obesity in youth through active physical recreation and nutrition education. The curriculum also includes fun recreation games, lifetime sports (QuickStart tennis and SNAG golf) and nature-based conservation education.
