Description:

The Family Links Program at Citrus Health Network helps individuals and families apply for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act Marketplace, Medicaid, and KidCare, as well as other public benefits such as food stamps and temporary cash assistance. Staff also assist families in meeting other needs, by referring them to community resources. The program also provides access to primary care providers and health services for individuals and families who need them. Family Links staff at Citrus perform outreach in the community and hold regular office hours at Citrus facilities.
