MIAMI ARTS CIRCUS CENTER - INTENSIVE SUMMER CAMP

Description:

The intensive summer camps allow young circus arts passionate to explore various circus arts disciplines such as aerial acrobatics, hand balancing and acrobatics so the participants have the opportunity to devote more time to the practice of a main discipline, in addition to working on their techniques in other disciplines. The activities are mainly focused on the development of new physical skills and on the creative aspect towards performing. The camps conclude with a live performance in theater or museum for friends and family

Hours:

9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

With an optional hour of before or after care as needed

Intake Process:

A short evaluation will be required upon program application! There are certain level requirements.

Students must be free of injuries that would prevent safe enjoyment of the class.

Program Fees:

$450 per training child

Scholarship available if qualify as low income.

Languages:

English, Spanish, French

8-18 years of age

The Summer Camp is funded by The Children's Trust with the support of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Mayor and Board of County Commissioners
