OIC of South Florida (OIC-SFL) has served as a beacon of hope through its ability to serve as a community-based workforce, job development, and training organization that focuses on the unemployed, underemployed, unskilled, and those with barriers to self-sufficiency due to past indiscretions in their background via our various Adult and Young Adult Workforce Development initiatives. OIC of South Florida!s YES ALL A!S Entrepreneurship program serves 50 youth throughout Miami-Dade County annually. This program helps youth develop the core values and associated practices that enable them to succeed not only in the workplace but in any venture in life. Funded by The Children!s Trust of Miami.
