Description:

CARF Accredited, JCS provides professional outpatient counseling services based on best practice evidence-based models such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy(SFBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Client-centered individual, couples, family, and group counseling services are offered for a variety of needs including:

Communication issues, social isolation, hopelessness, depression, anxiety or panic, adjustment to divorce or loss, bereavement, emotional dysregulation, addiction, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, trauma, issues related to sexuality or gender, fears about health issues, etc.
