Description:
The Living Room offers a safe, welcoming, and home-like environment where individuals experiencing an acute to moderate crisis can calmly process and resolve crisis events. The space also supports learning and practicing wellness strategies to promote stabilization and help prevent future crises.
The living room is staffed by peer recovery support specialists, qualified mental health professionals and psychiatric nurses. The living room is free of charge to our guests.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Intake Process:
Individuals who are experiencing an acute to moderate crisis will be screened by a peer specialist, therapist and psychiatric nurse.

Eligibility:
Experiencing emotional distress from symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, loss, suicidal thoughts, and life stressors.
18 years and older
Non-threatening crisis ! they are not an immediate threat to self or others
