Description:
The Youth Internship Program provides paid, year-round internship and job opportunities for youth and young adults ages 14!25 in the South Florida community.
Through this program, participants:
Gain paid, hands-on work experience in corporate, nonprofit, and government settings
Explore a variety of career pathways
Build essential soft skills and expand their professional networks
Receive financial education alongside work experience, learning how to:
Manage earnings
Open bank accounts
Build savings habits
Set financial goals and strengthen money management skills
This program helps prepare youth for long-term economic success and sustainable career pathways.
