Description:

Evolutions Treatment Center is a dual diagnosis inpatient, residential, and outpatient behavioral health facility, offering a full continuum of care for substance abuse disorders and mental health disorders. The program at Evolutions Treatment Center has the capacity to treat individuals that present with primary substance use issues, primary psychiatric concerns, and comorbid psychiatric concerns. Our primary therapy staff includes clinicians with a blend of specialties who are trained to provide CBT, DBT, Trauma Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Grief counseling, and Anger Management.

Hours:

8:00am -11:00pm, Mon-Fri

Help Line: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Intake Process:

Participants may call the Evolutions main line at (833) 818-3031 to do an intake pre admission screening. Upon review of the screening and applicable medical records, approval by Evolutions may be made and an intake for admission can be scheduled.

Program Fees:

No fees associated less the participant is not covered under Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial health insurance

Languages:

English and Spanish

Eligibility:

Participants must be struggling with a substance abuse or mental health concern. Participants must be willing to participate in individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatry, and case management. Participants must be able to complete all ADL's independently.
