Intake Process:
Call the admissions/ intake line (833) 818-3031 to complete a screening. If coming from an acute care facility, medical records will be required
Program Fees:
Medicaid, Medicare, ACA Health insurance, and Commercial insurance are accepted and cover treatment costs. If someone is uninsured or underinsured, sliding scale payment plans are available.

Eligibility:
An individual must meet criteria for a behavioral health concern and must be willing to participate in the program offerings: individual therapy, psychiatry, and group therapy.
