Description:
Provides medical assistance and case management to individuals. Also, provides in-service training and epilepsy awareness presentations to the community at-large.
Services include:
Access to initial medical services, including initial neurological evaluation, diagnostic testing, blood work.
Assistance in obtaining medications.
Case management including coordination of resources and referrals.
Prevention and Education offered to schools, medical professionals, caregivers, first responders, and other members of the community.

Most services are free of charge, based on a sliding fee scale mandated by the Florida Department of Health
