Unified Counseling & Mediation specializes in providing confidential mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We also provide intensive employee assistance program (EAP), marital, couples and group psychotherapy services.

NOTE: Agency is providing Tele-health services only until further notice.

9:00am-9:00pm, Tue;
4:00pm-9:00pm Wed, Thur;
9:00am-5:00pm, Sat

Intake Process:

Clients will be seen in a private setting and assessed by a Licensed Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor or Mental Health Counselor Intern. Client's complete intake paperwork. Clinicians provide private and confidential assessment. Treatment plan is developed and reviewed. If both parties agree, a follow up session is scheduled per recommendations.

Program Fees:

Accepts most major insurances and offers convenient payment options including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.

Eligibility:

Children, adolescents, adults, and families beginning at 6 years old.
Appropriate for a private setting with the ability to pay service fees per insurance and/or self-pay.
