Description:

Parks and Recreation offers a Future Stars Summer Camp Program for children. Sports, activities and academics are offered. Lunch and field trips are included as well.

Program Components: Life Skills by Professional Guest Consultants, College Prep/Tours, Fishing, Fieldtrips, Academics, etc.

No School Days: Provides day camps that are available on teacher planning days, spring break and winter break.

Summer Camp 2024 dates: June 10th- August 9th, 2024
Registration opens in April.

Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

* Must come in person to register at the main office or the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex.
* Must have a 3.0 GPA in academics and 2.5 GPA in conduct and a report card must be presented at the time of registration.
* If it is the child(ren) first time in the camp program birth certificate is required.

Program Fees:

Summer camp is funded by the Children's Trust Grant with camp fees as follows:

Registration Fee: $10

Weekly County Resident Rate: $67 first child, $56 second, $51 third

Weekly Non County Resident Rate: $85 first child, $74 second, $68 third or more.
