Description:
A Quaker-faith based organization which promotes peace, social justice and humanitarian service. The American Friends Immigrant Services Program is AFSC's local project. It provides immigration legal services to indigent asylum seekers from El Salvador Guatemala, and Haiti and information on immigrants' rights, makes referrals for documentation of immigrants' rights abuses and performs outreach services to rural South Florida.
