Description:

Sant La provides enrollment assistance to children and families for safety-net benefits such as Food Assistance, Medicaid, Kidcare, Health Insurance Options via the Affordable Care Act, access to all community health clinics, health screenings and other health resources. Sant La's outreach and education efforts also promote healthy lifestyles through annual preventive health screenings and adoption of a medical home.
