Provides assessment and case management and arranges for homemaker services such as shopping, medical supplies, laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, respite program, or for personal care such as bathing, hair care and shaving, or for home-delivered meals.

Note: Agency has a 2 year waiting list for Home delivered meals. Call for further assistance.
