The City of North Miami Beach!€™s Economic Development Division is responsible for the implementation and execution of programs and activities that promote a sustainable business community and improve the quality of life for residents.

The Mortgage and Rent Assistance Programs will reopen on November 15, 2023. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Previously awarded applicants cannot reapply.
