Description:

Provides services for the diagnosis and treatment of Autism. We render behavior analysis and behavior assistant services. We are contracted exclusively with Medicaid.

Provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD,ADHD and Opositional Disorder. Treatment plans and approaches are developed according to the child's needs and available resources but most of the time we use functional-based interventions combined with a well designed skills acquisition program. Services are rendered primarily at home and/or doctor's office.

Health of Mind specializes in developmental psychology and treatment for children with Autism,ADD,ADHD and Opositional Disorder .

9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Thur

Service Hours:
Flexible, varies depending on the client's needs. This is a community service, so schedule will be coordinated with the parents/caregiver availability at home.

Intake Process:

Contact the office to learn about the services we provide.

Parents/Caregivers will provide the Medicaid information and an appointment is scheduled.

The first appointment is with the doctor in the office to learn about the problematic behaviors and/or the skills to be learned by the child. Once the needs are identified, then we will coordinate the services to be provided at home.

Program Fees:

* This is a Medicaid funded program.
* Parents/caregivers do not pay for services.

Eligibility:

* Must have Medicaid insurance and formal diagnosis within the Autism Spectrum Disorder.
*Diagnostic evaluation from the PCP or Specialist
* Children 3-21 years old.
