Description:
The Lashawntay T. Howard Youth Offender Center (LTHYOC) is a Non-profit Organization offering services for youths. This organization is designed to offer an alternative form of rehabilitation to help combat crime and violent behavior our troubled youth displays. The center will develop networking relationships with local companies geared towards job placement opportunities to assist the youth with employment.
