Description:
NAMI Conexion is a program and support group for adults and young adults living with a mental health illness. The group offers a place of respect, comprehension, support, and hope. The group is informal, relaxed, and allows for the sharing of challenges and accomplishments of those whom have a mental health illness.
NAMI Support Groups are online and in person
