Description:

The Florida Poison Information Center Network (FPICN) is dedicated to providing emergency services 24 hours a day to the citizens of Florida by offering poison prevention and management information through the use of a nationwide, toll-free hotline and accessible by voice and TTY. Three centers serve Florida; one in Miami, Tampa and Jacksonville.

                          Services are free via the hotline, as are educational programs and materials.

                          English, Spanish, Creole, other languages available upon request.

                          Eligibility:

                          Nationwide hotline for anyone in the U.S. facing a poison emergency, medication mistake or with a question about poisoning in general. There are no citizenship or insurance requirements to receive services.
