Description:
The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County, Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County and Miami-Dade Public Schools has joined together with Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) to provide a School Health Program. The Children's Trust has spearheaded a comprehensive and quality-driven health initiative with the ultimate goal of having the healthiest children possible in Miami-Dade County.
The school health program is designed to improve access to quality health care through a delivery of comprehensive services in the public schools and provide appropriate connections to community care and resources.

9:00 am-4:00 pm, Mon-Fri (Middle)
8:30 am-3:00 pm, Mon-Fri (K-8)
7:30 am-2:30 pm, Mon-Fri (High School)
7:30 am-2:30 pm, Mon-Fri (Homestead Middle)
