Self Pay/ Sliding Fee Scale, Advantage Plans, Medicare, Medicaid, MMA and Commercial Plans.

Eligibility:
Must be 18 years old or older, must have a severe or persistent mental illness, must have a deficiency in functioning in one or more of the following areas: social, educational, vocational.
Patient is expected to have a reasonable response to therapeutic interventions.
