Clinic:
8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Wed;
8:00am-6:00pm, Thur;
8:00am-4:00pm, Fri

pPREP and nPEP:
9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Thur;
9:00am-3:00pm, Sat

Intake Process:

For all other services call and make an appointment.

Program Fees:

Fee payment through Medicaid, Medicare, Private insurance, and sliding fee scale.

Languages:

English

Eligibility:

Anyone in need, regardless of ability to pay.

pREP and nPEP Services:
Insured - Photo ID
Non insured - Photo ID, proof of income (tax, pay stub), if living with someone must bring a notarized letter
