Description:

Provides confidential counseling services to those individuals or families that need credit recovery. The session can be completed face-to-face in our office, or via telephone. Counselor will evaluate your credit report and look for ways to improve credit scores. Counselors will also evaluate your monthly budget and look for ways to cut costs or improve savings. You will receive a Household Evaluation Form complete with an Action Plan, and a Certificate of Completion at the end of the session.

Intake Process:

Must bring the following:

* Recent paystubs covering 60 days
* 2 most recent complete bank statements
* Most recent filed tax return

Program Fees:

Initial Assessment: Free
Follow-up Session: Free

Soft Credit Check: $24

Scholarships to reduce or waive the fee may be available to households at or below 50% of the Area Median Income based on household size.
