NHSSF is a HUD certified housing counseling agency providing comprehensive housing counseling education, training, and counseling. Whether you are a renter, buying your first home, or facing foreclosure, we are here to help.
NHSSF provides the 8 hour First Time Homebuyer certification workshop.

NHSSF will serve as your advocate to help obtain the best solution available to meet loan-repayment obligations and help homeowners avoid or mitigate foreclosure.

Through our workshops and one-on-one counseling our counselors will:

Analyze your situation and educate you about the foreclosure process in South Florida.
Assist in compiling necessary documentation.
Help you develop a budget and spending plan that work.
Help you manage your debt.
Help you access refinance and modification opportunities.
Develop a customized action plan.

Intake Process:

Visit www.nhssf.org to register for our homebuyer, renter, and financial capability workshops online. If you are in need of one on one counseling call our main number.
