Children's Rehab Network is a PPEC !€” Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Program.

Since 1991, Children's Rehab Network has been caring for children whose conditions require continuous nursing, education, and therapeutic care. We work to help stabilize and improve a medically fragile child's condition and to assist the family as much as possible. Parents get help so they can return to work, go back to school, or care for their other children.

Our nurses, therapists, and teachers provide a wide variety of services in a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. Children learn in a stimulating environment. Many go on to regular daycare, public or private schools, as their medical conditions improve.

We focus on the child's psychological, developmental, educational, physical, nutritional, and social need

Door-to-door transportation is provided to those who qualify. Provides emergency medical technicians in every van.

6:00am-6:00pm, Mon-Fri
8:00-1:00pm, Sat

After School:
2:00pm-6:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

PPEC is covered by Medicaid, Medicaid HMO!€™s, CMS Network and some commercial insurances. Staff will handle all of the paperwork requirements and process the child!€™s admission.

It is encouraged to visit one of our centers, meet our team of professionals and experience our environment and program in person.

Eligibility:

Must be considered medically fragile and require nursing intervention.
Newborn to 21 years old.
Need a prescription or letter of medical necessity from your child's doctor and must be approved by eQ Health.
