Description:
The Supportive Services for Veteran Families program provides supportive services to very homeless low-income Veterans and their families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing by offering a range of supportive services, offered through Veteran Crisis Line designed to promote housing stability.

Intake Process:
Veterans have to be in a crisis within 30 days to call the Outreach Specialist Javier 786-566-1881 Specialist Amaury (305) 401-0183 for anything regarding the application process.

Eligibility:
Homeless or Low income Veterans and their families, Veteran must be alive and able to apply for the program, must reside in the household.
Veterans who have a 3 day to 2 week notice, a foreclosure notice in hand (physical documentation), or a homeless letter can call the Outreach Manager directly for an appointment.
Veterans who do not Qualify:
* Service members who have not serve at least one day in active service.
* Veterans with a Mortgage.
