Hearing and Speech Center of Florida offers comprehensive therapy services including hearing testing and the dispensing of hearing aids. Services can be provided in some schools or in the office.

Occupational Therapy
Audiology

Hours:

9:00am-6:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Completed intake form can be sent through e-mail or fax. Once application is received Medicaid requires prior approval. Once approval is given an appointment will be scheduled.

Hearing tests require a prior approval but an appointment can be scheduled on the spot with a doctor referral or prescription.

Program Fees:

Medicaid, Private insurance, Sliding scale, Self pay

Audiology services - physician is an out of network physician but does accept: Epic Hearing Services, Cigna, AvMed, Full Medicaid, Hear USA

Languages:

English, Spanish, American Sign Language

Eligibility:

Newborns to adult with a hearing and/or speech impairment.

Occupational Therapy is only for pediatric clients.
