The SBA is providing assistance to homeowners and business owners affected by Hurricane Ian and Hurricane Fiona. Call for more information or apply online.

SBA Disaster Assistance in Response to the Coronavirus:
The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering designated states and territories low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). These applications are currently closed.

Home and Personal Property Loans:
Loans to homeowners or renters to repair or replace disaster damages to real estate or personal property owned by victim. Renters are eligible for their personal property loss.

Business Physical Disaster Loans:
Loans to businesses to repair or replace disaster damages to property owned by business. Businesses of any size and most private nonprofit organizations may apply to the SBA for a loan to recover after a disaster.

Economic Injury Disaster Loans (FIDL):
Loans for working capital to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, and most private nonprofit organizations to assist them through the disaster recovery period. EIDL assistance is available only to applicants with no credit available elsewhere - if the business and its owners cannot provide for their own recovery from non-government sources.

Military Reservists Economic Injury Loans (MREIDL):
Provides funds to help an eligible small business meet its ordinary and necessary operating expenses that it could have met, but is unable to, because an essential employee was called-up to active duty in his or her role as a military reservist.

Intake Process:

Can apply online for any of the loans needed.

Must submit the completed loan application and a signed and dated IRS form 8821 giving permission for the IRS to provide SBA your tax return information.

All Small business owners who are affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) are asked not to pre-register until their state or county has been declared.
