This foundation serves to grant the wish of a child who has a life-threatening medical condition. Referrals accepted from doctors, nurses, parents, friends, the child, anyone with knowledge of the child's condition and wish.

General Information
Hours:
9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri
Intake Process:
Wish children can be referred by their doctors, social workers, other health care professionals, family members or even themselves.
Once a referral is received the child!s physician will be contacted to verify eligibility.

Eligibility:
Must be between 2 1/2 and 18 years old, be diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition, live or be treated in one of the counties in our territory, not have been granted a wish by our chapter or any other chapter.
