8:30am-4:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Children: By appointment only

Adults: By appointment and walk-ins accepted

Program Fees:

Self Pay/Sliding Fee Scale, Medicaid, Advantage Plans, CMS, MMA and Commercial Plans

Languages:

English, Spanish, Creole

Eligibility:

Children/adolescents 0-18 years old and/or their families who are experiencing social, mental health or substance use related problems.

If child has a developmental delay or if they fall on the spectrum, they are referred out.
