The Division of Consumer Services assists with any changes that occur to the 26 different categories of insurance by answering questions or open a file and contact the insurance company on your behalf to assist with the complaint.
The Helpline provides information about insurance and insurance companies, and addresses complaints settlements against insurance entities.
