TRAUMA RESOLUTION CENTER, INC.

Description:

The Trauma Resolution Center provides intensive one-on-one resolution of trauma for children and adults of all crime types. The program also offers personal and system advocacy, court evaluations, trauma informed evaluations, bereavement counseling, psychoeducational groups for domestic violence victims or anyone who has experienced trauma, empowerment groups for children and court support groups, parenting groups. Also treats individuals for trauma that is not crime-related. Provides holistic services on-site such as massage therapy and acupuncture for clients only.

The TRC also provides training's to certify individuals that want to be certified in TIR, and evidence-based technique.

Agency update: Video and Tele-health services are being offered.

9:00am-8:00pm, Mon-Fri;
9:00am-2:00pm, Sat

Intake Process:

Call main number to be admitted by Saraelisa Rivero (Program Coordinator), make your referral online, or call the receptionist.

Must take current proper photo ID, or Drivers License, proof of address or passport.

Facility DOES NOT have child care, please make prior arrangements to have child taken care of

Program Fees:

Free for those who provide proof of being Miami-Dade County residents and are victim of a crime or have endured some trauma along with proof of being low income.

Holistic Services:
Massage therapy - If client is eligible for a grant they have a $10 co-pay
