Description:

We specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and other life challenges, through self-care alternatives and holistic wellness approaches. Our aim is to bring about positive changes in feelings, thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors, as you learn more effective ways to cope and adjust.

We offer individual mental health counseling services to the community and also offer assistance with developing co-parenting time-sharing schedules and will work together with you to learn ways to co-parent in the best interest of the children.

Intake Process:

Intake process requires only completion of adequate intake paperwork provided to the client and 30 minute free consultation with a therapist to assist you with any questions, procedures, documents, as well as to discuss the reason for your visit.

Program Fees:

Accepts most insurances

Sliding scale services available for uninsured ranging from $50 - $85 per session are available to low-income clients who may qualify.
