AGED, Inc. is a nonprofit Pooled Special Needs Trust company that helps seniors and the disabled qualify for government benefits when they are over the financial records.

General Information

Hours:

9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Phone call is recommended to determine if person qualifies for our services.

Trust Documents are on our website and need to be completed and mailed, faxed, or physically walked into our office with supporting documentation.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are okay. Phone conferences are available.

Program Fees:

Fees vary by program

For larger accounts, fee is a percent of the total in the trust.

English, Spanish

Eligibility:

Person must be 65 years old or over, but if younger than 65 must present various medical conditions to qualify.

Cannot qualify for government benefits due to too much income, asset, or both.

Must be a resident of Florida, services provided in the entire state of Florida.
