Helping Hand Counseling offers a variety of Mental Health services which include but not limited to: individual counseling, couples and family therapy; LGBTQ issues; autism; anger management; anxiety and depression; life coaching; stress; school issues; special education issues; ADHD; bipolar; grief and loss.

Intake Process:
Initial consultation done virtually. Intake forms completed online.
Hours are flexible but must call or text to setup an appointment first.
Program Fees:
$75 Individual counseling
$95 Couples counseling
Military and Senior discounts available.

Adolescents (middle school and older) and adults, can be Special Education students.
