Description:

Face to Face Mental Health Services, LLC is an Florida accredited mental health center. We offer a variety of services including:

Psychiatric evaluation
Medication management
Psychosocial rehabilitation
Group therapy
Psychotherapy and individual counseling
Marriage and family therapy

Our professional staff includes clinical social workers, mental health counselors, ARPNs, psychiatrists, community behavioral health case manager supervisors and community behavioral health case managers. Besides providing services at our center and in medical offices in the community, our staff can provide services in the patient!s home, and/ or school.
