STRONGWELL

Description:

StrongWell is a program that provides behavioral health support and links to community resources for individuals experiencing substance use living. Our clinical team is comprised of LCSWs, LPCs, R.N.s, and certified peer recovery specialists. We engage with individuals via telehealth, at home or within their community.

Hours:

9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Once enrolled an intake is scheduled within the first 3 days either via telehealth or in person depending on client preference and LCSW's availability.

Program Fees:

Accept most Medicaid plans as well as UHC, FL BCBS, and Cigna.

Work with clients to help them get on Medicaid insurance if they are eligible.

We also offer resource and referral assistance to clients with no insurance.

Languages:

English, Translation for additional languages

Eligibility:

Clients with current or past substance use including: alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, illicit substances, MAT or prescribed substances, and clients in recovery.
