Description:
The City of Miami!s Department of Human Services Homeless Assistance Program provide homeless individuals assistance by placement into appropriate housing and/or shelter. The program provides outreach, assessment, placement, information, referral and transportation services to homeless individuals and families. The program also employs and trains formerly homeless men and women.
Assisting and Providing resources, plans, partnerships, and system capacity in place should any Veteran become homeless or be at risk of homelessness in the future.
