Hours:

8:30am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.

Intake Process:

Our Intake specialist will take the insurance information and verify eligibility. Once eligibility has been verified, we will advise on next steps in order to receive the requested services.
