Description:
The Home Rehabilitation Program will allow approved homeowners to receive funding to replace windows, doors, and roofs. Retrofitting these homes with quality resources will allow the windows, doors, and roofs to last longer and allow the home to be more efficient with energy.
Funding is extremely limited. Approximately 25 homes will be assisted.
The Home Rehabilitation Program will begin on December 4, 2023.

Intake Process:
Applications are available online or in-person starting Monday, December 4, 2023.
Informational workshop on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Marjorie & William McDonald Center located at 17051 NE 19 Avenue.
Funds are available on a first-qualified, first-served basis.

Eligibility:
*62 years or older
*Must be a resident of the City of North Miami Beach
*Applicant must own and occupy the single-family residence, townhouse, duplex, or quadplex within the City of North Miami Beach.
*Household income must be at or below 80% area median income.
