Description:

The Ladies Empowerment and Action Program (LEAP) is a re-entry program in Florida that focuses on empowering women who have experienced incarceration. LEAP provides education, training, and mentorship to help women develop practical skills, start small businesses, and find employment. They also offer essential support services and advocate for incarcerated women.

Intake Process:

Following incarceration, graduates can continue their journey through LEAP!€™s Reentry Hub and LEAP House residency program. We serve women in the community on an appointment basis, offering support with housing, employment, continued education, peer mentorship, and healing-centered services.
