Description:

Shalom Bayit is a case management program. It's goal is to help victims of domestic violence to break the cycle of violence, to become whole again, to get back on their feet, be safe, and protect their children. This is done by providing different services and following a treatment plan that allows them go through the process.

General Information

Hours:

9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Thur;
9:00am-3:00pm, Fri

Hours flexibility is available based on victims needs

Intake Process:

Call the Access line for an intake, or can call to speak directly with case manager. Can also e-mail Clara Fleischer directly.

There is an assessment to see if the person belongs to the program or if other services are needed.

Program Fees:

There is no cost for the case management.

Other services, such as counseling, do have a cost.

Languages:

English, Spanish, Hebrew

Eligibility:

Any victim of domestic violence who reside in Miami Dade County.

The case manager will do an assessment of the case. If in doubt, please refer.
